The patient came with the complain of severe headache,fever, loss of Appetite and weakness since 8 days.On examination.fever 100F,BP 110/68mmHg,P 72/min.No adnormal findings in physical examination.Bowel and bladder habit were normal.the paitent was diagnosed as a case of enteric fever as the laboratory reports also were in favour and was treated with cetamol and antibiotics.
